This is the upper deck and masts I modelled for the Pirates of the Caribbean game trailer by Axis Animation. I was only required to build the upper deck areas as that was to be the only area visible in the animated shots.

All of the ropes and rigging were made by another artist so I haven't shown them here. The biggest challenge with this project was getting the displacement maps made that would enhance the look of a ship that was essentially rotting away and yet still retain the look of a seaworthy vessel.
